1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Qirata ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Qirata is an AI-powered reading platform that aggregates content feeds, lets users discuss articles with an AI assistant, and helps users generate social posts from their reading and conversations. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Accounts
To use most features of Qirata, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service in ways that disrupt normal use.
- Use the AI features to generate content that violates the acceptable-use policies of our underlying language-model provider.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Qirata (feed selections, chat messages, generated posts). By submitting content, you grant Qirata a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service and deliver features to you.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You must have the right to submit it and to grant the license above.
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses third-party language models to generate responses and social posts. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using or sharing it. Qirata makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.
7. Third-party content
The Service lets you aggregate content from third-party feeds and sources. Qirata does not own that content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, to Qirata, or to third parties. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. QIRATA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QIRATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When significant changes are made, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
